目的探讨双源CT检查方法对发现膀胱癌的价值,建立合理的膀胱癌CT检查程序。方法临床研究分析,对怀疑膀胱癌患者32例进行双源CT检查,在膀胱充分充盈后,行CT平扫和增强扫描(包括动脉期、静脉期、平衡期、多排泄期)。将不同时相的数据分别应用多层面后重建技术(MPR)处理方式观察膀胱壁,分别记录病变的数目、位置、大小等。评价双源CT对膀胱肿瘤的检出情况。结果32例膀胱癌患者经手术证实54枚肿瘤。平扫MPR、动脉期MPR、静脉期MPR、平衡期MPR、多排泄期MPR五种方式对膀胱癌的检出率分别为68.52%、88.89%、92.59%、90.74%、94.44%。平扫MPR的检出率明显低于其他四种方式(<0.05)。结论双源CT成像提高了诊断膀胱癌的准确性,是诊断膀胱癌安全、无创、可靠的方法,应作为膀胱癌首选的影像学检查方法之一。
目的探討雙源CT檢查方法對髮現膀胱癌的價值,建立閤理的膀胱癌CT檢查程序。方法臨床研究分析,對懷疑膀胱癌患者32例進行雙源CT檢查,在膀胱充分充盈後,行CT平掃和增彊掃描(包括動脈期、靜脈期、平衡期、多排洩期)。將不同時相的數據分彆應用多層麵後重建技術(MPR)處理方式觀察膀胱壁,分彆記錄病變的數目、位置、大小等。評價雙源CT對膀胱腫瘤的檢齣情況。結果32例膀胱癌患者經手術證實54枚腫瘤。平掃MPR、動脈期MPR、靜脈期MPR、平衡期MPR、多排洩期MPR五種方式對膀胱癌的檢齣率分彆為68.52%、88.89%、92.59%、90.74%、94.44%。平掃MPR的檢齣率明顯低于其他四種方式(<0.05)。結論雙源CT成像提高瞭診斷膀胱癌的準確性,是診斷膀胱癌安全、無創、可靠的方法,應作為膀胱癌首選的影像學檢查方法之一。

Objective To explore the value of Dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) inspection methods in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma, and to propose an improved protocol for CT examination in bladder carcinoma cases. Methods Clinical research analysis, DSCT, including unenhanced scan and enhancement scans (artery phase, venous phase, equilibrium phase, and excretory phase), was performed with an adequately distended bladder for 32 patients who were clinical y suspected of bladder carcinoma. On the MPR images generated from the volumetric data of the dif erent phases, various locations of the bladder wal were observed in turn. The number, location, and size of the lesions were recorded. For evaluating the DSCT in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma. Results 54 bladder carcinomas were found in 32 patients .The detection rate of unenhanced MPR,artery phase MPR, venous phase MPR, equilibrium phase MPR, and excretory phase MPR were 68.52%,88.89%,92.59%, 90.74%,94.44%. The detection rate of unenhanced MPR was lower than that of the other means( ﹤0.05).Conclusion DSCT is a safe, noninvasive and ef ective method in diagnosis of bladder carcinoma. It should be considered as one of the first imaging diagnostic methods for the clinical examination of bladder carcinoma.
