为了有效防治煤炭自燃,在分析现有煤矿防灭火稠化剂特性的基础上,针对性开展了悬浮固相介质的高水稠化剂研究。实验研究了A、B、C 三种悬浮剂悬浮固相介质的性能,得到单一作用时悬浮剂B的悬浮固相介质性能最好,悬浮剂A次之,悬浮剂C稍差,并且复配后性能远远优于单一悬浮剂;实验研究了交联剂对悬浮剂悬浮固相介质性能的影响并从理论上分析了其影响机制;实验室配制出新型悬浮固相介质高水稠化剂,其配比是悬浮剂A、B和C的质量分数分别为0.29%、0.14%和0.36%,交联剂质量分数为0.05%。将新型高水稠化剂应用于布尔台煤矿42101工作面采空区自然发火防治,采空区和上隅角CO体积分数分别从5.0×10-3和3.0×10-4下降至2.0×10-4和3.5×10-5左右,取得了较好的效果。

In order to effectively prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal, directive study was made on high-moisture thickener containing suspended solid-phase medium based on the analysis of the properties of the existing thickener now used for mine fire control. Experimental study on the properties of the suspended solid-phase medium of A, B and C suspending agents was carried out, it was found from the experimental study that when A, B and C suspending agents were used alone, the properties of the suspended solid-phase medium of suspending agent B was the best, suspending agent B came second and suspending agent C was slightly poor, and after they were compounded, their properties were much better than that of single one. Experimental study was also made on the influence of cross linking agent upon the property of the suspended solid-phase medium of suspending agents and theoretical analysis was conducted on its influencing mechanism. A new high-moisture thickener containing suspended solid-phase medium was compounded in the laboratory and their mixing ratio was that the mass concentration of suspending agent A, B and C was respectively 0. 29%, 0. 14% and 0. 36%, the mass concentration of cross linking agent was 0. 05%. After this new high-moisture thickener was used for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal in the gob of 42101 working face in Buertai Mine, the CO concentration in the gob and at the corner angle was respectively reduced from 5 000ppm and 300ppm to 200ppm and 35ppm or so, better effect was achieved.
