以变幅系统为研究对象,建立了变幅过程中吊钩运动轨迹高度差值、臂架强度应力和变幅液压缸力差值为目标的多目标优化模型。采用遗传算法获得问题的理想解和若干有效解,并基于灰色聚类法确定各有效解的优劣次序,从而确定最有效解。应用表明,这种多目标优化问题的解决方法能够为决策提供更趋于实际的方法和依据,提高了设计的可靠性和有效性。
以變幅繫統為研究對象,建立瞭變幅過程中弔鉤運動軌跡高度差值、臂架彊度應力和變幅液壓缸力差值為目標的多目標優化模型。採用遺傳算法穫得問題的理想解和若榦有效解,併基于灰色聚類法確定各有效解的優劣次序,從而確定最有效解。應用錶明,這種多目標優化問題的解決方法能夠為決策提供更趨于實際的方法和依據,提高瞭設計的可靠性和有效性。

With the buffing system as a study object,the multi-target optimal model is built with height difference of hook motion trail during the buffing process,intensity of boom strength,and the difference of buffing hydraulic cylinder forces as targets.The genetic algorithm is used to get the ideal solution and several efficient solutions for the problems,and the preference order for each efficient solution is determined based on the grey clustering method,in order to figure out the optimal solution.The applications show that these solutions for multi-target optimal problems can provide more practical method and reference for decisions,and improve the design reliability and effectiveness.
