通过对宁夏红寺堡扬黄灌区灌溉面积变化、用水水平、水量调配分析得出:2012年灌溉面积4.22万hm2,超出调概面积14.5%,粮食、经济作物、林草、其他作物灌溉比为5.1∶2.7∶1.3∶0.9,2010~2012灌溉比例基本保持稳定,玉米在各干渠种植面积较大;2010~2012年灌溉用水5713m3/hm2,与设计灌溉定额基本一致,灌溉需水量随着灌溉面积的增加呈现线性增加,各泵站单位灌溉面积用水量差异显著(Sig<0.05);7月份灌溉引、用水量占比例最大,分别为24.8%~26.6%、25.3%~26.6%,冬灌引、用水量比例最小,分别为4.1%~6.0%、3.8%~5.7%。典型干渠在灌溉期内存在超出设计流量运行时段,对干渠用水安全造成隐患;红寺堡扬黄灌区存在总体规模超出设计规模、种植结构单一、管理自动化程度低、泵站实际提水量超出或低于设计提水量等问题。
通過對寧夏紅寺堡颺黃灌區灌溉麵積變化、用水水平、水量調配分析得齣:2012年灌溉麵積4.22萬hm2,超齣調概麵積14.5%,糧食、經濟作物、林草、其他作物灌溉比為5.1∶2.7∶1.3∶0.9,2010~2012灌溉比例基本保持穩定,玉米在各榦渠種植麵積較大;2010~2012年灌溉用水5713m3/hm2,與設計灌溉定額基本一緻,灌溉需水量隨著灌溉麵積的增加呈現線性增加,各泵站單位灌溉麵積用水量差異顯著(Sig<0.05);7月份灌溉引、用水量佔比例最大,分彆為24.8%~26.6%、25.3%~26.6%,鼕灌引、用水量比例最小,分彆為4.1%~6.0%、3.8%~5.7%。典型榦渠在灌溉期內存在超齣設計流量運行時段,對榦渠用水安全造成隱患;紅寺堡颺黃灌區存在總體規模超齣設計規模、種植結構單一、管理自動化程度低、泵站實際提水量超齣或低于設計提水量等問題。

According to the analysis of the irrigated area change, water utilization level, water distribution, the main re-sults are as follows: The irrigation area of 2012 reached 42200 hm2,and exceed about 14.5% of the adjusted irrigation area. Grain, commercial crops, forest and grass, and other crops irrigation ratio is 5.1∶2.7∶1.3∶0.9. 2010~2012 irrigation proportion maintain stable, corn planting area is larger in the main canal. Irrigation water is 5713 m3/hm2 in 2010~2012, consistent with the design of irrigation quota, irrigation water increased with the irrigation area show a linear increase, the pumping irrigation area per capita water consumption significantly (Sig<0.05). In July the irrigation diversion, water con-sumption accounts for the largest proportion, respectively 24.8%~26.6%, 25.3%~26.6%,winter irrigation, water use take the smallest proportion, respectively 4.1%~6.0%, 3.8%~5.7%.Typical canal in irrigation period exist beyond the design flow operation time, cause on the canal water safety. Hongsipu irrigated area scale have beyond the design scale, single plant structure, management of low degree of automation, the mention of water of pumping station is higher or lower than the design capacity of water.
