目的:探讨润肺治纤汤对实验性肺纤维化大鼠的治疗作用。方法 Wistar大鼠均分为正常组、模型组、治疗组(n=8)。运用大鼠气管内滴入博来霉素的方法复制肺纤维化动物模型,造模后治疗组每天4 mL润肺治纤汤灌胃,正常组、模型组每日等量生理盐水灌胃。给药28 d后检测肺组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量,肺组织苏木精-依红(HE)染色观察病理变化,并做肺组织形态学定量分析。结果模型组肺组织HYP含量较正常组显著增加(P<0.01),肺组织纤维化显著,肺泡间隔厚度较正常组显著增加(P<0.01);治疗组肺HYP含量与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.05),肺组织纤维化程度轻于模型组,肺泡间隔和肺泡间隔核选区面积与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论润肺治纤汤具有减轻实验性肺纤维化大鼠肺纤维化的作用。

목적:탐토윤폐치섬탕대실험성폐섬유화대서적치료작용。방법 Wistar대서균분위정상조、모형조、치료조(n=8)。운용대서기관내적입박래매소적방법복제폐섬유화동물모형,조모후치료조매천4 mL윤폐치섬탕관위,정상조、모형조매일등량생리염수관위。급약28 d후검측폐조직간포안산(HYP)함량,폐조직소목정-의홍(HE)염색관찰병리변화,병주폐조직형태학정량분석。결과모형조폐조직HYP함량교정상조현저증가(P<0.01),폐조직섬유화현저,폐포간격후도교정상조현저증가(P<0.01);치료조폐HYP함량여모형조비교현저강저(P<0.05),폐조직섬유화정도경우모형조,폐포간격화폐포간격핵선구면적여모형조비교유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론윤폐치섬탕구유감경실험성폐섬유화대서폐섬유화적작용。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Moistening Lung Treating Fibrosis Soup on rats models of experimental pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, treatment group with 8 rats in each group. Using rat tracheal instillation of bleomycin to copy pulmonary fibrosis animal model. After modeling, the treatment group daily 4 mL Moistening Lung Treating Fibrosis Soup decoction, the normal group and model group normal saline decoction. (intratracheal instillation of bleomycin)Lung hydroxyproline (HYP) content detected,the pathological changes of lung tissue was observed by using hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining after administered 28 days and quantitative morphological analysis was done. Results The content of HYP in lung tissue and alveolar septum thickness of model group was significantly increased than normal group (P<0.01). HYP content and degree of pulmonary fibrosis in treatment group was obviously lower than model group (P<0.05). Alveolar septa and alveolar septal nucleus constituency area compared with the model group was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Moistening Lung Treating Fibrosis Soup can reduce pulmonary fibrosis for experimental pulmonary fibrosis rats .
