通过心理传记学研究探讨曹操的主要人格特点。采用人格形容词评定法和心理传记分析法，结果表明曹操具有“机智勇敢”、“乐观开朗”、“赏罚分明”、“目光远大”、“奸诈狡猾”、“残忍狠毒”六大人格特征。通过对该评定结果与收集到的历史资料进行相互印证，分析曹操人格特征形成的影响因素。

The research explores Cao Cao's personality character-istics and its formation process through psychobiographical study. The result shows that Cao Cao's personality structures consisted of the following factors: "tactful and brave", "optimistic and cheerful","harsh reward and punishment","foresight","treacher-ous and cunning" and "cruel and vicious" six major personality traits. Cao Cao's personality characteristics resulted from the in-teraction of inherited trait and social environment.
