目的：探讨并总结整形技术对早期乳腺癌患者的应用及临床意义。方法：2010年1月～2013年12月我院采用整形美容技术治疗早期乳腺癌患者84例，分析并总结84例患者的病例资料，对术后美容效果进行观察及评估患者术后美容效果满意度。结果：84例早期乳腺癌患者中，背阔肌肌皮瓣（LDF）乳房再造22例，腹直肌肌皮瓣（TRAM）乳房再造30例，腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣(DIEP)乳房再造14例，TRAM与DIEP联合皮瓣乳房再造术10例，硅凝胶假体乳房再造8例,术后恢复比较情况无统计学意义；对不同整形技术的美容效果满意度存在差异，有统计学意义。结论：改良根治术后的早期乳腺癌患者应用整形技术是安全有效的，患者对整体美容效果满意度较高，对广大女性有较好的应用前景。
목적：탐토병총결정형기술대조기유선암환자적응용급림상의의。방법：2010년1월～2013년12월아원채용정형미용기술치료조기유선암환자84례，분석병총결84례환자적병례자료，대술후미용효과진행관찰급평고환자술후미용효과만의도。결과：84례조기유선암환자중，배활기기피판（LDF）유방재조22례，복직기기피판（TRAM）유방재조30례，복벽하동맥천지피판(DIEP)유방재조14례，TRAM여DIEP연합피판유방재조술10례，규응효가체유방재조8례,술후회복비교정황무통계학의의；대불동정형기술적미용효과만의도존재차이，유통계학의의。결론：개량근치술후적조기유선암환자응용정형기술시안전유효적，환자대정체미용효과만의도교고，대엄대녀성유교호적응용전경。
Objective:To explore and summarize shaping technology and clinical significance of early breast cancer patients. Methods:Randomly selecting 84 cases with hospital treatment for early breast cancer with plastic surgery techniques,analyzing and summarizing the satisfaction degree of 84 cases with cosmetic surgery. Results:Among 84 cases of early breast cancer,22 cases had the latissimus dorsi flap (LDF) of breast reconstruction,30 cases had the rectus abdominis muscle flap (TRAM) breast reconstruction,14 cases had inferior epigastric artery perforator flap (DIEP) breast reconstruction,10 cases had TRAM flap breast reconstruction with DISP joint surgery,and 8 cases had silicone gel implants for breast reconstruction. Postoperative recovery was not statistically significant,with statistical significance. Conclusion:The application of modified radical mastectomy in patients with early breast cancer after shaping technology is safe and effective in patients with higher overall satisfaction with cosmetic results. The majority of women have a good prospect.
