In the present stage, the human resources of China's coal enterprises is relatively insufficient, and the loss of human resources has a great impact on coal enterprises. This paper analyzed causes and status of the loss of human resources in state-owned coal enterprises to identify the effective countermeasures for preventing the loss of human resources.
