According to related international standard and domestic standard, new concept of earthing system for telecommunication power supply and implementation principles are described. The technologies of AC and DC power system earthing, including earthing methods for low voltage AC distribution system, UPS, high frequency switch mode power supply, and higher voltage DC power feeding system etcs., are introduced. Furthermore the present problems in practical engineering are analyzed and suggestions are given.
