目的:研究热休克蛋白27(HSP27)在前列腺增生与前列腺癌中的表达差异,分析其与PCa的发生、发展及预后关系。方法采用免疫组化检测36例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生组织中HSP27的表达,分析HSP27表达与前列腺癌的Gleason评分、临床分期和前列腺癌之间的关系。结果30例良性前列腺增生组织中HSP27阳性表达率为20.0%,36例前列腺癌组织中HSP27阳性表达率为69.4%,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);在Gleason评分分别为2-4分、5-7分和8-10分的3组不同分化程度的前列腺癌组织中,HSP27表达阳性率分别为25.0%、60.0%和89.4%,HSP27表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HSP27表达与前列腺癌的临床分期、Gleason评分相关,HSP27可作为判断前列腺癌恶性程度和预后的分子标记物。

목적:연구열휴극단백27(HSP27)재전렬선증생여전렬선암중적표체차이,분석기여PCa적발생、발전급예후관계。방법채용면역조화검측36례전렬선암화30례전렬선증생조직중HSP27적표체,분석HSP27표체여전렬선암적Gleason평분、림상분기화전렬선암지간적관계。결과30례량성전렬선증생조직중HSP27양성표체솔위20.0%,36례전렬선암조직중HSP27양성표체솔위69.4%,량자지간유현저성차이(P<0.05);재Gleason평분분별위2-4분、5-7분화8-10분적3조불동분화정도적전렬선암조직중,HSP27표체양성솔분별위25.0%、60.0%화89.4%,HSP27표체유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론 HSP27표체여전렬선암적림상분기、Gleason평분상관,HSP27가작위판단전렬선암악성정도화예후적분자표기물。
Objective To investigate relations between the expression of Heat Shock Protein 27 (HSP27) and prostate cancer (PCa). Methods Expression of HSP27 were determined by immunohistochemical methods in 30 cases of BPH and 36 case of PCa. The relationship between the expression of HSP27 and Gleason score,clinical stage and prognosis in PCa were analysized by SPSS17.0 software. Results The positive ratio of HSP27 expression were 69.4% in 36 cases of PCa. And 20.0% in 30 cases of BPH. And there were significandy difference between PC and BPH (P<0.05). The positive ratio of HSP27 expression were 25.0%, 60.0% and 89.4% in 36 patiens of PCa with Gleason 2-4 score, 5-7 score,8-10 score,respectively.And there were significantly difference among them (P<0.05). Conclusion There were relationship among the expression of HSP27 and Gleas on score,clinical stage in PCa and HSP27 could serve as abiomarker for decision of malignant degree and prognosis in PCa.
