目的：观察中西医结合治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2008年9月-2013年9月胃癌术后并发胃瘫综合征的36例患者的临床资料。结果36例患者均痊愈，治疗时间7-37d,平均18.44d。结论中西医结合治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征有较好疗效。
目的：觀察中西醫結閤治療胃癌術後胃癱綜閤徵的臨床療效。方法迴顧分析我院2008年9月-2013年9月胃癌術後併髮胃癱綜閤徵的36例患者的臨床資料。結果36例患者均痊愈，治療時間7-37d,平均18.44d。結論中西醫結閤治療胃癌術後胃癱綜閤徵有較好療效。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료위암술후위탄종합정적림상료효。방법회고분석아원2008년9월-2013년9월위암술후병발위탄종합정적36례환자적림상자료。결과36례환자균전유，치료시간7-37d,평균18.44d。결론중서의결합치료위암술후위탄종합정유교호료효。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer operation by combination of Traditional and Western medcine. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of September 2008-September 2013 gastric postoperative gastroparesis syndrome in 36 patients. Results 36 patients were cured,treatment time from 7 to 37 days,an average of 18.44 days. Conclusion Combination of Traditional and Western medcine has a good effect on gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer operation.
