采用改进的紫外分光光度法测定植物中硝态氮的质量浓度,去除了硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的蔬菜样液本身作为参比溶液,测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐总的质量浓度,考察了pH值、水浴时间、活性炭等因素的影响。

We determine the mass concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the plants with the improved uv spectrophotometry, and take vegetable samples as the reference solution, which wipe off nitrate and nitrite, to determine the total mass concentration of nitrate and nitrite. We investigate the inlfuence of factors, such as pH value, bath time, activated carbon etc.
