目的：进一步了解加替沙星不良反应发生的情况，一旦出现严重不良应立即停药并及时对症处理，以保证药物使用的安全性。方法：收集我院有关加替沙星不良反应报告单，共整理出38例。结果：38例加替沙星不良反应报告中，消化道反应16例，皮肤过敏反应12例，血糖代谢紊乱3例，过敏性休克2例，心血管系统1例，肝毒性1例，泌尿系统1例，静脉炎1例，神经系统1例。结论：加替沙星治疗各种感染时，应密切观察其不良反应，尤其是严重不良反应，以免发生严重后果。

목적：진일보료해가체사성불량반응발생적정황，일단출현엄중불량응립즉정약병급시대증처리，이보증약물사용적안전성。방법：수집아원유관가체사성불량반응보고단，공정리출38례。결과：38례가체사성불량반응보고중，소화도반응16례，피부과민반응12례，혈당대사문란3례，과민성휴극2례，심혈관계통1례，간독성1례，비뇨계통1례，정맥염1례，신경계통1례。결론：가체사성치료각충감염시，응밀절관찰기불량반응，우기시엄중불량반응，이면발생엄중후과。
Objective:To further understand the situation of adverse drug reaction of gatifloxacin, and ensure the safety of drug use, once the adverse drug reaction appears, withdraw drug immediately and make expectant treatment in time. Methods:A total of 38 cases of ADR reports col ected in our hospital were classified and analyzed statistical y. Result:Among the ADR reports, there were 16 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, 12 cases of cutaneous anaphylaxis, 3 cases of glucose metabolic disorder, 2 case of anaphylactic shock, 1 cases of cardiovascular system, 1 case of hepatotoxicity, 1 case of urinary system, 1 case of phlebitis, and 1 case of nervous system. Conclusion:When gatifloxacin is used to treat various infections, the adverse drug reaction, especial y, the serious adverse drug reaction should be observed closely, so that the serious consequences could be avoided.
