目的:探讨血清脂联素(APN)与肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及糖尿病心脏病变的关系。方法:经心电图检查,合并心律失常的T2DM患者35例为糖尿病合并心律失常组;心电图正常的45例为糖尿病组;32例正常者为对照组。用放射免疫分析法测定3组空腹空腹血清脂联素及肿瘤坏死因子-a水平。结果:糖尿病合并心律失常组血脂联素水平低于糖尿病组及对照组[分别(11.76±8.04)μg/ml、(18.36±11.15)μg/ml、(21.09±7.75)μg/ml],差别有统计学意义(p<0.05,p<0.01)。糖尿病合并心律失常组及糖尿病组肿瘤坏死因子-a高于对照组[分别为(0.95±0.32)μg/ml、(0.91±0.46)μg/ml、(0.71±0.29)μg/ml],差别有统计学意义(均p<0.05)。结论:低脂联素水平与糖尿病心脏病变的发生、发展有关;肿瘤坏死因子-a在糖尿病的发生及糖尿病心脏病的形成中有一定作用。

목적:탐토혈청지련소(APN)여종류배사인자-a(TNF-a)수평여2형당뇨병(T2DM)급당뇨병심장병변적관계。방법:경심전도검사,합병심률실상적T2DM환자35례위당뇨병합병심률실상조;심전도정상적45례위당뇨병조;32례정상자위대조조。용방사면역분석법측정3조공복공복혈청지련소급종류배사인자-a수평。결과:당뇨병합병심률실상조혈지련소수평저우당뇨병조급대조조[분별(11.76±8.04)μg/ml、(18.36±11.15)μg/ml、(21.09±7.75)μg/ml],차별유통계학의의(p<0.05,p<0.01)。당뇨병합병심률실상조급당뇨병조종류배사인자-a고우대조조[분별위(0.95±0.32)μg/ml、(0.91±0.46)μg/ml、(0.71±0.29)μg/ml],차별유통계학의의(균p<0.05)。결론:저지련소수평여당뇨병심장병변적발생、발전유관;종류배사인자-a재당뇨병적발생급당뇨병심장병적형성중유일정작용。
Objective To explore the relationship of adiponectin(APN),tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) with diabetic arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus(DM) were divided into DMA group (n=45 ECG showed mormal) 32 healthy people were as control Their serum APN,TNF-a were tested with radioimmunoassay .Results Serum APN level in DMA was lower than that in control and DM group[(11.76±8.04) VS (18.36±11.15) and (21.09±7.75)μg/ml,p<0.01,p<0.05];Serum TNF-a was higher in DMA and DM group than in contro group[(0.95±0.32)and (0.91±0.46) VS (0.71±0.29)μg/ml, p<0.05,p<0.05].Conclusion There was a relation between Hypoadiponectine mia and the occurrence&development of diabetic eardiac disease;The TNF-a may affect the occurrence of type 2 DM and the form of diabetic cardiac arrhythmia.
