目的：观察普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法：选择150例支气管哮喘患儿，随机均分为观察组和对照组，均常规予以抗感染、平喘和对症处理。观察组加用普米克令舒雾化吸入，每天2次。观察两组患儿治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、呼吸困难和肺部喘鸣改善情况，并进行临床疗效判定。结果：观察组在喘憋、咳嗽、哮鸣音和湿罗音消失时间、2周后胸片完全吸收情况等方面明显短于对照组(P＜0.01)；观察组总有效率占93.02%明显高于对照组87.50%(P＜0.01)。结论：普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效显著，能明显改善患儿临床症状，缩短病程，且无明显不良反应，安全性较好。

Objective: Chapumike respules inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma in children with clinical efficacy. Methods: 150 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, were routinely be anti-infection, asthma and symptomatic treatment. Observation group were treated with Pulmicort inhalation, 2 times a day. After treatment were observed in children with cough, sputum, wheezing, dyspnea, and wheezing lungs to improve the situation and to determine the clinical efficacy. Results: The observation group wheezing, coughing, wheezing sounds and moist rales disappeared time, two weeks after the chest X-ray and other aspects completely absorbed significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.01); observation group was significantly accounted for 93.02% higher than 87.50% (P<0.01). Conclusion: Pulmicort inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma significant effect, can significantly improve the children with clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease, and no significant adverse reactions, and good safety.
