目的：调查分析口腔健康宣教对复杂活动义齿满意度的影响，为修复医生的临床工作提供信息和依据。方法选择56例肯氏I、II类牙列缺损患者，分为健康宣教组和对照组，戴用双侧联合设计的复杂活动义齿1月后进行满意度问卷调查。对比分析两组患者的满意度得分，探讨健康宣教对复杂活动义齿满意度的影响。结果两组患者对复杂活动义齿修复后外观的满意率差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；健康宣教组在语音、咀嚼、固位、舒适满意均较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论健康宣教能够提高肯氏I、II类牙列缺损患者戴用复杂活动义齿后对语音、咀嚼、固位、舒适的满意率。修复医生在治疗过程中应充分重视健康宣教，不断提高患者对复杂活动义齿修复的满意率。
목적：조사분석구강건강선교대복잡활동의치만의도적영향，위수복의생적림상공작제공신식화의거。방법선택56례긍씨I、II류아렬결손환자，분위건강선교조화대조조，대용쌍측연합설계적복잡활동의치1월후진행만의도문권조사。대비분석량조환자적만의도득분，탐토건강선교대복잡활동의치만의도적영향。결과량조환자대복잡활동의치수복후외관적만의솔차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）；건강선교조재어음、저작、고위、서괄만의균교대조조고，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론건강선교능구제고긍씨I、II류아렬결손환자대용복잡활동의치후대어음、저작、고위、서괄적만의솔。수복의생재치료과정중응충분중시건강선교，불단제고환자대복잡활동의치수복적만의솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral health education on patient's satisfaction with complex removable partial denture.Methods Fifty patients with the Kennedy class I and II dentition defect were divided into oral health education and control groups.A reasonable questionnaire was used in this study in order to assess the satisfaction in aesthetics ,chewing capacity,phonetic functions ,retention and comfort .Results The patients'satisfaction of the aesthetics was no significant difference between the two groups.However,satisfaction in chewing capacity,phonetic functions,stability and comfort in the education group were higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Oral health education can improve the satisfaction in speech , chewing , retention and comfortable in patients with the Kennedy class I and II class dentition defect after wearing denture with complex removable partial den -ture.
