目的：评价食管癌根治术中植入化疗药物的治疗效果和安全性。方法：将98例确诊食管癌患者随机分为治疗组46例，对照组52例.2组均行食管癌根治术.治疗组在手术结束时局部植入缓释型化疗药物；对照组术中不进行上述胸腔内局部干预治疗。结果：两组在围手术期不良反应情况、术后并发症发生率及术后1、2年生存率相近(P>0.05)。术后3年生存率治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：食管癌术中植入缓释型化疗药物进行间质化疗是安全、有效的。
목적：평개식관암근치술중식입화료약물적치료효과화안전성。방법：장98례학진식관암환자수궤분위치료조46례，대조조52례.2조균행식관암근치술.치료조재수술결속시국부식입완석형화료약물；대조조술중불진행상술흉강내국부간예치료。결과：량조재위수술기불량반응정황、술후병발증발생솔급술후1、2년생존솔상근(P>0.05)。술후3년생존솔치료조명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：식관암술중식입완석형화료약물진행간질화료시안전、유효적。
Objective:To evaluate the implantation of esophageal cancer surgery chemotherapy treatment and safety. Methods:98 cases diagnosed with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group of 46 patients in the control group of 52 cases of esophageal cancer in two groups underwent partial resection implantable sustained-release treatment groups at the end of chemotherapy surgery;the control group without surgery partial intervention within the above chest therapy. Results:There were adverse reactions in the perioperative period, the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative 1-year survival rates are similar (P>0.05). 3-year survival after treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:esophageal sustained release implant surgery interstitial chemotherapy chemotherapy drugs are safe and effective.
