目的:探讨Girdin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测128例浸润性乳腺癌、38例导管内癌、30例单纯性导管上皮增生及30例正常乳腺组织中Girdin蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果 Girdin蛋白在正常乳腺组织、单纯性导管上皮增生、导管内癌及浸润性乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为10.0%、23.3%、42.1%、51.6%,呈逐级上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浸润性乳腺癌组织中Girdin蛋白的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移及人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达明显相关,并与患者的生存时间也明显相关(均P<0.05)。结论 Girdin蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、演变过程中起重要作用。其表达与患者的生存期密切相关,可作为预测乳腺癌预后的参考指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of Girdin in breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of Girdin in 128 cases of invasive breast cancer, 38 cases of breast cancer in situ, 30 cases of ductal epithelial simple hyperplasia and 30 normal breast tissue samples. The clinicopathological significance of Girdin expression was evaluated. Results The positive expression of Girdin in normal tis-sues, simple ductal epithelial hyperplasia, breast cancer in situ and invasive breast cancer was 10.0%, 23.3%, 42.1%and 51.6%respectively;there were significant differences among groups (P<0.05). The expression of Girdin in invasive breast cancer was positively correlated with TNM grading, lymph node metastasis and HER- 2 expression;it was negatively correlated with the sur-vival time of patients (al P<0.05). Conclusion The Girdin protein may be involved in the development of breast cancer. The ex-pression of Girdin can be used as a predictor for outcomes of invasive breast cancer.
