目的：调查200名江西地区汉族随机献血者的Diego（Di）和Dombrock（Do）2个稀有血型系统，取得相应基因频率资料，为临床输血提供相应资料。方法采集200名江西地区汉族随机献血者，应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物（PCR-SSP）法检测Di和Do 2个血型系统。结果200名随机献血者中Di血型查出2种基因表现型，分别为Dia-b＋196例、Dia＋b＋4例，Dia＋b-及Dia-b-未检出；Dia 基因频率为0．01，Dib 基因频率为0．99。Do血型查出3种基因表现型，分别为Doa＋b-2例，Doa＋b＋16例，Doa-b＋182例；Doa 基因频率为0．05，Dob 基因频率为0．95。结论本地区Di血型系统的表现型多数为Dia-b＋、少数为Dia＋b＋，Dia＋b-及Dia-b-未见；Do血型系统的表现型多数为Do a-b＋、少数为Do a＋b＋和Do a＋b-。
목적：조사200명강서지구한족수궤헌혈자적Diego（Di）화Dombrock（Do）2개희유혈형계통，취득상응기인빈솔자료，위림상수혈제공상응자료。방법채집200명강서지구한족수궤헌혈자，응용취합매련반응-서렬특이성인물（PCR-SSP）법검측Di화Do 2개혈형계통。결과200명수궤헌혈자중Di혈형사출2충기인표현형，분별위Dia-b＋196례、Dia＋b＋4례，Dia＋b-급Dia-b-미검출；Dia 기인빈솔위0．01，Dib 기인빈솔위0．99。Do혈형사출3충기인표현형，분별위Doa＋b-2례，Doa＋b＋16례，Doa-b＋182례；Doa 기인빈솔위0．05，Dob 기인빈솔위0．95。결론본지구Di혈형계통적표현형다수위Dia-b＋、소수위Dia＋b＋，Dia＋b-급Dia-b-미견；Do혈형계통적표현형다수위Do a-b＋、소수위Do a＋b＋화Do a＋b-。
Objective To investigate the rare Diego(Di)and Dombrock(Do)blood group systems of 200 random blood donors of Han nationality in Jiangxi province,and to obtain the appropriate gene frequency data for clinical blood transfusion.Methods A total of 200 random blood donors of Han nationality in Jiangxi province were enrolled,and polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP)was used to detect Di and Do blood group systems. Results In the 200 cases,there were 2 types of gene phenotypes of Di blood group,Dia-b+(1 96 cases)and Dia+b+(4 cases).Dia+b-and Dia-b-were not detected.The gene frequency of Dia was 0.01 ,and the gene frequency of Dib was 0.99.Do blood group identified 3 gene phenotypes,Doa+b-(2 cases),Doa+b+(1 6 cases)and Doa-b+(1 82 cases).The gene frequency of Doa was 0.05,and the gene frequency of Dob was 0.95.Conclusions The gene phenotypes of Di blood group were Dia-b+mainly and Dia+b+,and Dia+b-and Dia-b-were not detected.The gene phenotypes of Do blood group were Doa-b+mainly,Doa+b+and Doa+b-.
