Reticulocyte%Reference range%Automatic hematology analyzer
目的:调查上海地区成人网织红细胞绝对值(RE T#)和百分比(RE T%)及分群值的参考区间。方法采用XE-2100全自动血液分析仪检测2000名体检者(男1116名,女884名)网织红细胞及其相关参数。采集所有对象乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K2)抗凝静脉全血2 mL,2 h内完成检测。数据使用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果 RET%的参考区间:男(0.61~1.87)%,女(0.60~1.81)%;RET#的参考区间:男(0.030~0.096)×1012/L,女(0.025~0.082)×1012/L;低荧光网织红细胞比率(LFR)、中荧光网织红细胞比率(MFR)、高荧光网织红细胞比率(HFR)的参考区间男性分别为(80.8~97.1)%、(2.8~18.1)%、(0.0~2.3)%;女性分别为(82.3~97.9)%、(2.0~15.9)%、(0.0~1.8)%。不同年龄组间 RET#和 RET%差异无统计学意义(P=0.138和P=0.061),分群参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论建立了上海地区成人仪器法检测网织红细胞相关参数的参考区间,提高了网织红细胞检测的临床利用价值。

Objective To investigate the reference ranges of reticulocyte absolute value (RET#)and percentage (RET%)and its grouping parameters of adults in Shanghai.Methods By XE-21 00 automatic hematology analyzer, the reticulocyte and it relative parameters were determined among 2 000 healthy subjects.There were 1 1 1 6 males and 884 females.A total of 2mL venous whole blood samples were collected for anticoagulation by ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid-dipotassium (EDTA-K2 ).The samples were determined within 2h after collection.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS1 1 .0 software.Results The reference ranges of RET% were (0.61-1 .87 )% in males and (0.60-1 .81 )% in females,respectively.The RET#were (0.030-0.096)×1 012/L in males and (0.025-0.082)× 1 012/L in females.The retios for low fluorescent reticulocyte(LFR),middle fluorescent reticulocyte(MFR)and high fluorescent reticulocyte(HFR)were (80.8-97.1 )%,(2.8-1 8.1 )% and (0.0-2.3)% in males and(82.3-97.9)%, (2.0-1 5.9)% and (0.0-1 .8)% in females,respectively.By classifying the healthy subjects as age,there was no statistical significance in RET#and RET%(P=0.1 38 and P=0.061 ).However,there was statistical significance for grouping parameters (P<0.01 ).Conclusions The reference ranges of reticulocyte parameters are established for adults in Shanghai.The clinical application significance of reticulocyte parameter determination is improved.
