利用原位高压Raman技术,在0~29.83 GPa内研究AlN纳米带的高压相变,并计算各振动模式与压力间的关系及压力系数和 Grüneisen 常数.结果表明:当压力约为17.34 GPa时,晶体由六角纤锌矿结构向立方岩盐矿结构转变,在21.28 GPa 时相变结束;在相变过程中观察到岩盐矿结构AlN晶体的Raman散射信号,确定岩盐矿结构AlN晶体的Raman散射信号来自岩盐矿结构的无序声子散射.
利用原位高壓Raman技術,在0~29.83 GPa內研究AlN納米帶的高壓相變,併計算各振動模式與壓力間的關繫及壓力繫數和 Grüneisen 常數.結果錶明:噹壓力約為17.34 GPa時,晶體由六角纖鋅礦結構嚮立方巖鹽礦結構轉變,在21.28 GPa 時相變結束;在相變過程中觀察到巖鹽礦結構AlN晶體的Raman散射信號,確定巖鹽礦結構AlN晶體的Raman散射信號來自巖鹽礦結構的無序聲子散射.
이용원위고압Raman기술,재0~29.83 GPa내연구AlN납미대적고압상변,병계산각진동모식여압력간적관계급압력계수화 Grüneisen 상수.결과표명:당압력약위17.34 GPa시,정체유륙각섬자광결구향립방암염광결구전변,재21.28 GPa 시상변결속;재상변과정중관찰도암염광결구AlN정체적Raman산사신호,학정암염광결구AlN정체적Raman산사신호래자암염광결구적무서성자산사.
High pressure phase transition of AlN nanobelts was investigated in a range of 0-29.83 GPa by means of in-situ Raman spectrum method.According to the Raman scattering results,a pressure-induced wurtzite to rocksalt phase transition starts at 17.34 GPa and ends at 21.28 GPa.The Raman scattering of rocksalt AlN was assigned to the disorderly phonon scattering of rocksalt structure.In addition,the pressure dependence of vibration modes,the pressure coefficients and Grüneisen parameters were carefully calculated.
