对纤维体积掺量为0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA- FRCC)圆饼试件进行了自由落锤冲击试验,应用对数正态分布对试件的冲击失效概率进行了分析。结果表明,在相同失效概率时,PVA- FRCC试件初裂冲击次数与终裂冲击次数随着PVA纤维体积掺量的增大而增大;在相同PVA纤维体积掺量时,试件初裂冲击次数与终裂冲击次数随着失效概率的增大而增多;相同失效概率时,试件终裂冲击次数明显多于初裂冲击次数。对数正态分布可较好地分析PVA- FRCC的冲击失效概率。

A free drop-weight test was carried out to study the impact resistance of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cementitious composites (PVA-FRCC) with 0, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%and 2.0%fiber. Impact failure probability of PVA-FRCC was analyzed based on log-normal distribution. The results indicate that when the failure probabilities of the five specimen are the same, the initial crack impacting times and final crack impacting times increase with the increasing of PVA fiber volume fraction, and the final crack impacting times are more than the initial crack impacting times; when the PVA fiber volume fractions are the same, the initial crack impacting times and final crack impacting times increased with the increasing of the failure probability. So the impact failure probability of PVA-FRCC can be better analyzed based on log-normal distribution.
