针对泡沫水泥性能随含湿量变化的不可预知性,研究了快硬硫铝酸盐水泥经过60℃烘干后,在温度为25℃、相对湿度为90%、时间间隔相同的条件下抗压强度、抗拉强度和导热系数的变化规律。结果表明,抗压强度、抗拉强度和导热系数分别可以通过二次多项式或波尔兹曼方程推测其随含水率的变化,相关系数均在93%以上。
針對泡沫水泥性能隨含濕量變化的不可預知性,研究瞭快硬硫鋁痠鹽水泥經過60℃烘榦後,在溫度為25℃、相對濕度為90%、時間間隔相同的條件下抗壓彊度、抗拉彊度和導熱繫數的變化規律。結果錶明,抗壓彊度、抗拉彊度和導熱繫數分彆可以通過二次多項式或波爾玆曼方程推測其隨含水率的變化,相關繫數均在93%以上。

Aiming to the property change of foam cement unpredictable with different moisture content, the change laws of tensile strength, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement are in-vestigated at various temperatures with same length of time on the condition of the relative humidity 30%RH and 25℃af-ter drying at 60℃. The results show that the change law of tensile strength, compressive strength and thermal conductivity with different moisture content can be prediction by quadratic polynomial or Boltzmann equation. The correlation coeffi-cients are higher than 0.93.
