目的：评价硫酸羟氯喹治疗风湿病的疗效。方法选取2009年7月～2012年7月海丰县彭湃纪念医院收治的风湿病患者（主要为RA和痛风性关节炎患者）120例为研究对象，随机均分为2组（n=60）。对照组采用柳氮磺砒啶与甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察组同时采用硫酸羟氯喹治疗，对比治疗前后2组临床相关指标的变化情况、综合疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、疼痛程度以及CRP几项指标均改善更显著；观察组总有效率91.7%，对照组仅为76.7%；2组不良情况出现率均为3.3%；综合疗效对比显示观察组明显更优（P＜0.05）。结论硫酸羟氯喹应用于风湿病的治疗的过程中，疗效确切，且具有较高的安全性，适合在临床推广。
목적：평개류산간록규치료풍습병적료효。방법선취2009년7월～2012년7월해봉현팽배기념의원수치적풍습병환자（주요위RA화통풍성관절염환자）120례위연구대상，수궤균분위2조（n=60）。대조조채용류담광비정여갑안접령치료，관찰조동시채용류산간록규치료，대비치료전후2조림상상관지표적변화정황、종합료효이급불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조관절종창수、관절압통수、동통정도이급CRP궤항지표균개선경현저；관찰조총유효솔91.7%，대조조부위76.7%；2조불량정황출현솔균위3.3%；종합료효대비현시관찰조명현경우（P＜0.05）。결론류산간록규응용우풍습병적치료적과정중，료효학절，차구유교고적안전성，괄합재림상추엄。
Objective To assess the curative effect of hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of rheumatism. Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine sulfate applys in treatment of rheumatism is definite efficacy, and has higher security, Is suitable for clinical promotion.
