目的：探讨采用皮肾镜技术治疗肾结石合并单纯性肾囊肿患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择40例肾结石合并单纯性肾囊肿患者，采用经皮肾镜取石术对患者进行治疗，观察手术效果。结果所有患者均成功建立经皮肾镜通道，其中单通道34例，双通道6例；手术时间为45～110 min，平均（85±5）min；术后并无任何患者出现大出血、高热以及伤口感染等并发症；术后CT复查结果显示，一期结石取净37例（92.5%），其余3例患者采用二期经皮肾镜取石术取净结石；所有患者术后随访3～12个月，无任何结石复发患者。结论采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石合并单纯性肾囊肿患者的效果较好，安全性高，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토채용피신경기술치료신결석합병단순성신낭종환자적림상료효급안전성。방법선택40례신결석합병단순성신낭종환자，채용경피신경취석술대환자진행치료，관찰수술효과。결과소유환자균성공건립경피신경통도，기중단통도34례，쌍통도6례；수술시간위45～110 min，평균（85±5）min；술후병무임하환자출현대출혈、고열이급상구감염등병발증；술후CT복사결과현시，일기결석취정37례（92.5%），기여3례환자채용이기경피신경취석술취정결석；소유환자술후수방3～12개월，무임하결석복발환자。결론채용경피신경취석술치료신결석합병단순성신낭종환자적효과교호，안전성고，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the use of percutaneous nephrolithotomy microscopy combined treatment of kidney stones in patients with simple renal cysts clinical efficacy and safety. Methods From February 2010 to February 2011 in the hospital diagnosed kidney stones treated 40 cases of simple renal cysts combined, using percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment of patients observed outcome. Results All patients were successfully established percutaneous nephrolithotomy channels, of which 34 cases of single channel, dual channel 6 cases;operative time was 45-110 min, average (85 ± 5) min;did not have any patients with postoperative bleeding, fever and wound infections and other complications;postoperative CT scan showed a stone removed in 37 cases (92.5%), and the remaining three cases were treated with two percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy take the net stones. All patients were followed up for 3-12 month, no stone recurrence in patients. Conclusion Kidney stone treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined is effective to treat the patients with simple renal cysts, high safety, is worthy of popularization and application.
