Transvaginal color doppler sonography%Polycystic ovary syndrome
目的:探讨应用阴道彩色多普勒超声检测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床价值。方法选择经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查PCOS的患者37例作为观察组,并选择同期做健康体检的育龄妇女37例作为对照组,观察比较两组卵巢体积、卵泡数量及血流动力学参数指标阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(PDV)。结果观察组左、右两侧卵巢体积及卵泡数量明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组RI明显低于对照组,PSV和PDV明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测PCOS敏感性较高,对其临床具有较高的诊断价值。

목적:탐토응용음도채색다보륵초성검측다낭란소종합정(PCOS)적림상개치。방법선택경음도채색다보륵초성검사PCOS적환자37례작위관찰조,병선택동기주건강체검적육령부녀37례작위대조조,관찰비교량조란소체적、란포수량급혈류동역학삼수지표조력지수(RI)、수축기봉치혈류속도(PSV)、서장말기혈류속도(PDV)。결과관찰조좌、우량측란소체적급란포수량명현대우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조RI명현저우대조조,PSV화PDV명현고우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론경음도채색다보륵초성검측PCOS민감성교고,대기림상구유교고적진단개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler sonography in diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 37 women who were diagnosed with PCOS confirmed by transvaginal color doppler sonography and admitted to our hospital from Mar. 2012 to Feb. 2013 were served as the observation group. 37 cases of healthy women during childbearing were served as the control group. The ovarian volume, number of follicles and hemodynamic parameter index including resistance index (RI), peak systolic velocity (PSV), peak diastolic velocity (PDV) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Bilateral ovarian volume and the number of follicles of the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference of RI, PSV and PDV between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler sonography is of significant value for the diagnosis of PCOS, which has higher sensitivity.
