用不同浓度蔗糖、硼酸对云南越桔花粉进行离体培养后统计其萌发率,结果表明:云南越桔花粉最适宜的离体培养基为15%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸+1%琼脂,花粉萌发最好,萌发率高达78.26%。此外,4℃恒温、避光条件下贮藏了不同时间的花粉,在适宜培养基中的离体培养萌发率试验表明:云南越桔花粉现采的活力最高,花粉的贮藏时间以不超过1个月为宜。

Different concentrations of sucrose and boric acid were used for the isolated culture of pollens in Vaccinium du-clouxii, and the germination rate of the pollens in vitro was statistically analyzed .The results indicated that the optimum culture me-dium for Vaccinium duclouxii pollens in vitro was 15%sucrose +0.1%boric acid +1%agar, and the germination rate of the pol-lens in this culture medium was the highest , reaching 78.26%.In addition, the isolated Vaccinium duclouxii pollens which have been preserved under the conditions of constant temperature 4℃and darkness for a different time were cultivated on suitable culture medium , and their germination rate was tested .The experimental results showed that the fresh -collected pollens had the highest vi-tality, and the storage time for the pollens should not be longer than one month .
