L ilium‘Hongbatian’%chromosome%karyotype analysis
用染色体常规压片法对‘红霸天’百合(L ilium hybrids‘Hongbatian’)的根尖进行核型分析,并对其染色体制片技术适宜的取样时间进行了探讨。研究发现:‘红霸天’百合根尖取样时间以上午10∶00~10∶30为宜;染色体核型公式:2n=36=6m+24st(4SAT)+6t;最长与最短染色体的长度比值2.59,臂比值大于2∶1的染色体占全部染色体的比例为83.33%,平均臂比值为4.97;核型不对称系数为77.80%。
用染色體常規壓片法對‘紅霸天’百閤(L ilium hybrids‘Hongbatian’)的根尖進行覈型分析,併對其染色體製片技術適宜的取樣時間進行瞭探討。研究髮現:‘紅霸天’百閤根尖取樣時間以上午10∶00~10∶30為宜;染色體覈型公式:2n=36=6m+24st(4SAT)+6t;最長與最短染色體的長度比值2.59,臂比值大于2∶1的染色體佔全部染色體的比例為83.33%,平均臂比值為4.97;覈型不對稱繫數為77.80%。
용염색체상규압편법대‘홍패천’백합(L ilium hybrids‘Hongbatian’)적근첨진행핵형분석,병대기염색체제편기술괄의적취양시간진행료탐토。연구발현:‘홍패천’백합근첨취양시간이상오10∶00~10∶30위의;염색체핵형공식:2n=36=6m+24st(4SAT)+6t;최장여최단염색체적장도비치2.59,비비치대우2∶1적염색체점전부염색체적비례위83.33%,평균비비치위4.97;핵형불대칭계수위77.80%。
Using the root of Lilium hybrids ‘Hongbatian’ as materials ,this study aims to uncover the chromosome karyotype and discuss the appreciate sampling time in the chromosome preparation method of L .hybrids ‘Hongbatian’ . The results shows are as follows :The best sampling time of L . hybrids‘Hongbatian’ root is from 10∶00 to 10∶30 in the morning ;Karyotype formulae is 2n=36=6m + 24st (4SAT )+6t ;The ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest one was 2.59 ;Approximately 83.33%arm ratio of chromosome was more than 2∶ 1 ,and the average ratio of arm was 4.97 ;The asymmetrical karyotype coefficient was 77.80% .
