This paper provides the solution to solve the problem that cooling is not sufifcient to yield and quality is restricted because of polyethylene iflm blow moulding process and discusses in detail the cooling device classiifcation, mechanism of cooling, air ring structure, molten polyethylene physical properties and forming conditions of cooling device, so as to improve the production efifciency and product quality and make the processing condition and process stability better.
