目的研究分析不同颅脑外伤急诊抢救期间的护理干预效果.方法将2009年10月至2012年1月颅脑外伤急诊抢救患者70例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规急诊抢救护理模式,实验组给予常规急诊抢救护理及系统监测,观察两组护理效果.结果实验组患者急诊抢救时间缩短、并发症发生率降低,患者满意度明显提高,与对照组比较差异有显著性,P＜0.05.结论在颅脑外伤急诊抢救期间给予系统监测具有较好的效果,值得应用.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention during emergency treatment for different types of brain trauma.Methods 70 patients with brain trauma who had received emergency treatment during the period of October 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional emergency nursing care,whild the study group received system monitoring in addition to routine emergency care.The nursing effect was observed.Results Time to emergency treatment was shortened,incidence rate of complications was lower,and patient satisfaction was improved in the study group,as compared with the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions System monitoring during emergency treatment for traumatic brain injury has a better effect and it is worth being applied.
