目的 探讨离体静脉血液标本不同抗凝剂、放置时间及处理方法对血糖浓度的影响.方法 选取健康体检者空腹静脉血样120份,按真空采血管所含抗凝剂和标本处理方法的不同分为6组,每组20份:A组(绿管)、B组(灰管)、C组(黄管)、D组(红管),以上4组标本处理方法为离心后室温放置;E组(绿管)、F组(灰管),以上2组标本处理方法为不离心室温放置.分别在0h、2h、4h、6h、8h这5个时段测定各组血糖浓度,分析各组标本在放置2h、4h、6h、8h后血糖浓度与本组0h浓度的差异,血糖检测采用己糖激酶法.结果 6组标本中,A组、E组标本在不同放置时间血糖浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血糖浓度随放置时间的延长逐渐下降,在8h内分别下降13.88%和40.69%,下降速度分别为1.73%/h和5.09%/h;B组、C组、F组不同放置时间的血糖浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);D组在放置2h血糖浓度与0h浓度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),放置4h、6h、8h血糖浓度与0h浓度相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),8h内血糖浓度下降7.24%,下降速度为0.91%/h.结论 标本抗凝剂、放置时间及处理方法均可影响血糖浓度,应根据检测需要选择合适的采血管采血并尽快离心处理和检测.

Objective To explore the effects of different anticoagulants,disposing time,and processing methods on glucose concentration.Methods 120 samples of venous blood were collected from healthy volunteers with empty stomach.According to different anticoagulants in the vacuum tube and different methods of specimen processing,the samples were divided into six groups:group A (green tube),group B (gray tube),group C (yellow tube),group D (red tube),group E (green tube),and group F (gray tube).The specimens of the first four groups were placed at room temperature after centrifugation,the specimens of the last two were placed at room temperature but were not centrifuged.Blood glucose was detected at hours 0,2,4,6,and 8.Results Blood glucose levels differed significantly in groups A and E at different time points (P <0.05),the levels were gradually decreased by 13.88% in group A and 40.69%in group E within 8 hours as prolongation of the disposing time; the volecity of decline was 1.73%/hour and 5.09%/hour,respectively.Blood glucose levels in groups B,C,and F did not differ significantly at different storage time points (P>0.05).In group D,blood glucose concentration placed for 2 hours did not differ statistically as compared with that placed for 0 hour (P>0.05),but the concentration for 4,6,and 8 hours differed statistically (P<0.05); the concentration decreased 7.24% within 8 hours and the volecity of decline was 0.91% per hour.Conclusions Anticoagulants,disposing time,and processing methods have effects on blood glucose levels.Appropriate vacuum tubes are needed to collect blood and the samples should be centrifuged and detected as soon as possible.
