目的探讨护理安全管理在危重患者院前转运中的应用疗效.方法选取本院收治的急救接回或由外院转运至本院的危重患者共880例,其中340例接受传统转运护理作为对照组,540例接受安全管理转运护理作为观察组,比较两组接到患者及家属投诉情况,意外发生率,以及常发生意外的类型.结果观察组540例接受院前转运患者有7例患者投诉,占1.30％,8例发生意外,占1.48％；对照组340例接受院前转运患者有67例患者投诉,占19.70％,73例发生意外,占21.47％,两组相比,观察组遭到投诉率与发生意外率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论对进行院前转运的患者,尤其是危重患者行护理安全管理方案可以降低意外发生率,保障患者转运过程中生命安全,值得临床推广使用.

objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in critical ill patients with prehospital transport.Methods A total of 880 patients were randomly divided into two groups.340 cases were selected as control group which adopted routine transport nursing,540 cases were selected as observation group which received safety management transport nursing.Complaints situation of the patient and family,accident rate,and often the type of the accident were compared between two groups.Results Seven patients 'complaints occurred in the observation group,accounted for 1.30％,eight cases occurred accident,accounted for 1.48％ ; in the control group sixty-seven patients' complaints occurred,accounted for 19.70％,seventy-three cases occurred accident,accounted for 21.47％.Compared the two groups,the rates of complaints and accident in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Before the court to transfer of the patients,especially the critical ill patients,nursing safety management scheme can reduce the accident rate,ensure patients'life safety during the transfer process,it is worth clinical promotion use.
