目的：探讨艾司西酞普兰治疗社交恐怖症的临床疗效和安全性。方法：口服艾司西酞普兰与安慰剂双盲自身对照治疗社交恐怖症16例，剂量为20 mg/d，疗程为4周，以Marks的恐怖强迫量表为评定工具，按双向序贯t检验逐个观察。结果：至第10例时便获得结论，艾司西酞普兰的疗效显著优于安慰剂，且未发现明显的副作用。结论：艾司西酞普兰对治疗社交恐怖症疗效显著，安全性高，依从性更好。

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram in the treatment of socialphobia.Method:A self-controlled,double-blind trial of oral take escitalopram and placebo in the treatment of socialphobia was conducted on 16 patients,both of the escitalopram and placebo were administered orally to patients at doses of 20 mg/d for 4 weeks.Their symptoms were assessed with MSCPOR before and after the treatment.These patients were observed one by one by the method of the two-sided sequential t test.Result:While finishing the tenth patient,the results showed that escitalopram had a significant effect on socialphobia ,superior to that of the control group,without adverse effects noted.Conclusion:Escitalopram has notable curative effect,higher safety and better compliance in socialphobia patients.
