基于对切削原理的深入研究,建立了金属切削过程的热力耦合有限元模型。基于DEFORM-3D软件平台,模拟了金属切削加工过程,得到了刀具和工件上的等效应变、温度场、刀具磨损的分布规律,仿真结果同实验对比分析误差在10%以内。

In this paper, the finite element models of metal cutting were first discussed systemically, based on metal cutting theroy. Based on the platform of finite element software DEFORM-3D, the processes of metal cutting were simulated and the laws of distribution disclosed for equivalent strain field, temperature field and tool wear were got. The error of the prediction is about 10%. The model has been validated by simulation results to be reliable.
