本文研究了新疆伊犁煤在甲苯、甲醇、四氢呋喃(THF)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和陆梁原油不同溶剂下的溶胀行为,考察了煤预处理温度、不同溶剂、煤/溶剂体积比、溶胀时间对煤溶胀度的影响。结果表明:经过110℃真空干燥预处理煤样的溶胀度大于经过50℃真空干燥预处理煤样的溶胀度;相同条件下,NMP的溶胀度最大;煤/溶剂体积比越大,煤的溶胀度越小;溶胀24h煤样的溶胀度同溶胀60h煤样的溶胀度变化不大。

본문연구료신강이리매재갑분、갑순、사경부남(THF)、N-갑기필각완동(NMP)화륙량원유불동용제하적용창행위,고찰료매예처리온도、불동용제、매/용제체적비、용창시간대매용창도적영향。결과표명:경과110℃진공간조예처리매양적용창도대우경과50℃진공간조예처리매양적용창도;상동조건하,NMP적용창도최대;매/용제체적비월대,매적용창도월소;용창24h매양적용창도동용창60h매양적용창도변화불대。
This paper studied swelling behavior of Yili coal in toluene, methanol, tetrahydrofuran, N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) and crude oil. The parameters involved pretreatment temperature, coal/solvent volume ratio and swelling time. It found that swelling ratio in 110 ℃ vacuum dried coal is higher than that in 50 ℃ vacuum dried coal. Under the same conditions, the swelling ratio of coal in NMP is higher than that in else solvent. As coal/solvent volume ratio increases, the swelling ratio becomes smaller. The swelling ratio is similar between 24h and 60h.
