目的：总结肾病患者采取血液净化治疗后血管通路的临床护理体会。方法选取2012年12月～2013年12月期间肾内科接收并采取血液透析治疗的46例肾病患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析研究。结果本组46例患者中，经皮中心静脉导管并行内瘘术者10例，动脉内瘘者16例，经皮中心静脉导管者20例。经护理干预后，血管通路功能提高。结论护理人员必须熟练掌握血液透析的方法、动静脉内瘘等的相关护理措施，掌握临时性血管通路的护理技术，保证血管通路正常功能。

목적：총결신병환자채취혈액정화치료후혈관통로적림상호리체회。방법선취2012년12월～2013년12월기간신내과접수병채취혈액투석치료적46례신병환자적림상자료여이회고성분석연구。결과본조46례환자중，경피중심정맥도관병행내루술자10례，동맥내루자16례，경피중심정맥도관자20례。경호리간예후，혈관통로공능제고。결론호리인원필수숙련장악혈액투석적방법、동정맥내루등적상관호리조시，장악림시성혈관통로적호리기술，보증혈관통로정상공능。
Objective To analyze with the nursing of vascular access for kidney disease patients treating by blood purification. Methods 46 cases of kidney disease patients treating by blood purification were picked up to study from December, 2012 to December, 2013. Results In 46 cases of kidney disease patients patients, there was 10 cases in Percutaneous central venous catheter parallel fistula surgeon, 16 cases in Intra-arterial fistula ,and 20 cases in Percutaneous central venous catheter. The improvement of vascular access function resulted from nursing intervention. Conclusion Nurses must be familiar with the methods of hemodialysis, arteriovenous fistula in the relevant nursing measures, master the nursing of temporary vascular access technology, ensure the normal function of vascular access.
