目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片对于儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染所致咳嗽的临床治疗疗效.方法 选取2011至2013年在本科治疗的160例肺炎支原体感染所致咳嗽儿童为研究对象,随机分成A、B两组,各80例.B组患儿仅给予抗生素及常规对症支持治疗和护理,A组患儿在B组的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,于治疗后的3d、1周、2周分别观察患儿咳嗽的缓解情况.结果 两组患儿的咳嗽缓解率随着治疗时间的延长不断增加,且A组患儿的缓解率明显高于B组,经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(x2=11.374~15.227,P<0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠在治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染所致咳嗽中,可缩短咳嗽的病程,促进患儿的康复.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of cough caused by mycoplasma pneumonia infection in children.Methods 160 children with cough caused by mycoplasma pneumonia infection in our department from 2011 to 2013 were randomly divided into group A and B,80 cases in each group.Children in group B received conventional antibiotic therapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment and care,children in group A received montelukast treatment on the basis of group B.Cough remission in children was observed 3 days,1 week,2 weeks after treatment.Results The rate of cough remission in two groups rose accompanied by the increase of treatment time.The rates of cough remission 3 days,1 week,2 weeks after treatment in group A were higher than those in group B,with statistically significant differences (x2 =11.374-15.227,P < 0.05).Conclusion Montelukast in the treatment of children with cough caused by mycoplasma pneumonia infection can shorten course of disease and promote rehabilitation of children.
