目的:探索运用多种方法预防人工髋关节置换术后并发症的临床思路。方法回顾性分析2010年4月~2011年10月共98例人工髋关节置换术患者资料,分为对照组(低分子肝素治疗)和观察组(血必净注射液联合低分子肝素治疗)。术后第3、7天监测凝血四项、患肢周径;第7天复查患肢静脉彩超。结果经过治疗并随访半年,两组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第3天纤维蛋白原、下肢肿胀比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合低分子肝素对预防人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效显著,并能有效地改善术后血液的高凝状态及下肢肿胀。

목적:탐색운용다충방법예방인공관관절치환술후병발증적림상사로。방법회고성분석2010년4월~2011년10월공98례인공관관절치환술환자자료,분위대조조(저분자간소치료)화관찰조(혈필정주사액연합저분자간소치료)。술후제3、7천감측응혈사항、환지주경;제7천복사환지정맥채초。결과경과치료병수방반년,량조술후하지심정맥혈전발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。술후제3천섬유단백원、하지종창비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론혈필정주사액연합저분자간소대예방인공관관절치환술후하지심정맥혈전형성료효현저,병능유효지개선술후혈액적고응상태급하지종창。
Objective To observe the clinical effects about Xuebijing injection combined low molecular heparin(LMWH)in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after hip arthroplasty(HA/THR), exploring more methods to prevent the postoperative complications .Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data from april 2010 to October2011. we performed 98 patients of HA/THR divided into control group(LMWH) and observation group(Xuebijing injection combined LMWH).Allpatients received four coagulation tests and lower limb perimeter 3、7 days and Color Doppler ultrasonography examination 7 days after operation. Results After treatment and follow-up of half a year, the incidence of proximal DVT was not significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). There were statistical significance about fibrinogen or lower limb perimeter after operation of 3 days between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion Xue bijing injection combined LMWH can signiflcantly reduce DVT after hip arthroplasty, and effectively improve blood’s hypercoagulability and swelling. It is worthy to be popularized.
