This article describes the internal coking situation of the Datang International Power Co-Ltd's 2í600MW units' electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and analyzes the reasons on internal coking of the third, fourth and fifth electric field. At the same time, in this paper, some technical measures are proposed what make to prevent coking within the ESP. In addition, the paper solves the problem of ash transporting pipeline jamming and serious coking within ESP which can cause the blowing-out.
