在选择和确定不锈钢样品表面制备条件和仪器分析条件的基础上,提出一种利用直读光谱分析仪与X射线荧光分析仪联合测定不锈钢中Cr和Ni元素的新方法,文中介绍了方法的实现,比较了方法的分析能力、过程能力、分析时间等性能,并估计了方法应用后带来的应用效果和经济效益。
在選擇和確定不鏽鋼樣品錶麵製備條件和儀器分析條件的基礎上,提齣一種利用直讀光譜分析儀與X射線熒光分析儀聯閤測定不鏽鋼中Cr和Ni元素的新方法,文中介紹瞭方法的實現,比較瞭方法的分析能力、過程能力、分析時間等性能,併估計瞭方法應用後帶來的應用效果和經濟效益。

On the basis of selection and determination of surface preparation conditions and instrumen-tal analysis conditions of the stainless steel samples,a new method which used direct-reading spectrom-eter and X-ray fluorimeter together to analyze Cr and Ni elements in stainless steel was proposed in the paper. The realizing process of the method was introduced and several capabilities,such as analysis ca-pability,process capability and analytical time were compared. The application effects and economic benefits were evaluated with the method application.
