为了提高热轧带钢中间坯的尺寸精度及最终产成品的厚度和温度精度,降低轧辊消耗,提高产量,我们对热轧过程控制粗轧温度预报模型、中间辊道温降模型、精轧设定模型、精轧温度控制模型和卷取温度控制模型进行了一些改进,并将其应用到新建鞍凌热轧带钢厂,现场应用情况验证了模型改进效果良好。模型调试时采用影子模式,提高了调试期间的产品质量。本文重点描述了改进模型的新特点。

In order to improve the size precision of slab on the delay table and thickness,temperature accuracy of final production,reduce the roll consumption,and improve the yield,the temperature pre-diction model of rough mill,the holding table temperature model,finishing mill setup model,finishing mill temperature control model and coil temperature control model of the process control system are im-proved,and have been applied to Anling Hot Rolling Mill,the effect of models has been proved by ac-tual application. The shadow mode is used to tune the models,and the production quality is improved during the tuning. This paper focuses on the new features of models.
