选择武钢高炉混煤喷吹的某种烟煤、贫煤和无烟煤为研究对象,利用差热分析仪,对3种煤的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,得到了不同升温速率下几种煤的燃烧特性参数,分析了升温速率对煤燃烧特性的影响,为武钢优化高炉喷煤配煤方案提供支撑。
選擇武鋼高爐混煤噴吹的某種煙煤、貧煤和無煙煤為研究對象,利用差熱分析儀,對3種煤的燃燒特性進行瞭實驗研究,得到瞭不同升溫速率下幾種煤的燃燒特性參數,分析瞭升溫速率對煤燃燒特性的影響,為武鋼優化高爐噴煤配煤方案提供支撐。

Choosing one sort soft coal, one sort lean coal and one sort anthracite coal used for blast furnace coal blend injection of WISCO as researching raw materials , combustion property were re-searched by using differential thermal analyzer , and the combustion property parameters of three sort coal were obtained.The influence of heating -up rate to combustion property was discussed .The re-sult can be used to optimize the program of blast furnace coal injection of WISCO .
