建立了分散固相净化-气相色谱法同时检测蔬菜中氟吡菌胺、唑菌酮和茚虫威等15种残留农药的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取、分散固相法净化后用气相色谱仪 ECD 检测。当添加浓度在0.05~1.0 mg/kg 时,各种农药的回收率在63.6%~111.9%之间,相对标准偏差为0.9%~17.6%,最低检测浓度为0.005~0.030 mg/kg。该方法可用于蔬菜中残留农药的快速筛查。

Dispersive solid phase cleanup and GC method was developed for simultaneous determining 15 kinds of pesticide residues in vegetable including fluopicolide, famoxadone and indoxacarb, etc. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by dispersive solid phase, and determined by GC with ECD detector. The recoveries of 15 pesticides were in the range of 63.6%-111.9%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.9%-17.6%at the fortified levels of 0.05-1.0 mg/kg. The limits of quantification were 0.005-0.030 mg/kg.
