采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水+冰乙酸+三乙胺(体积比49.8︰49.8︰0.2︰0.2)为流动相,使用C 18色谱柱,在254 nm波长下对33%烯酰·嘧菌酯悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:烯酰吗啉和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998,变异系数为0.12%和1.06%,平均回收率为99.65%和99.53%。
採用高效液相色譜法,以乙腈+水+冰乙痠+三乙胺(體積比49.8︰49.8︰0.2︰0.2)為流動相,使用C 18色譜柱,在254 nm波長下對33%烯酰·嘧菌酯懸浮劑進行定量分析。結果錶明:烯酰嗎啉和嘧菌酯的線性相關繫數分彆為0.9997和0.9998,變異繫數為0.12%和1.06%,平均迴收率為99.65%和99.53%。

A HPLC method for determination of dimethomorph+azoxystrobin 33%SC was described with acetonitrile+water+acetic acid+triethylamine (volume ratio of 49.8︰49.8︰0.2︰0.2) as mobile phase, C18 column. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dimethomorph and azoxystrobin were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8, the variation coefficients were 0.12%and 1.06%, the average recoveries were 99.65%and 99.53%, respectively.
