目的:探讨和分析彩色超声心动图诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法选取我院经初步诊断为冠心病的患者160例,对所有患者进行彩色超声心动图及冠状动脉造影检查,将患者检查结果进行对比分析,并以冠状动脉造影检查的诊断结果作为评价标准,对彩色超声心动图诊断冠心病的临床价值进行评价。结果160例初诊冠心病均采用彩色超声心动图检查,结果显示153例有不同程度的冠状动脉主干狭窄,再经冠状动脉造影检查后,确诊冠心病的患者有131例。结论对所有患者采用彩色超声心动图和冠状动脉造影检查后,将两种检查方法的诊断结果对比,充分证明彩色超声心动图诊断冠心病具有十分满意的效果且临床价值较高,值得临床推广及应用。

목적:탐토화분석채색초성심동도진단관심병적림상개치。방법선취아원경초보진단위관심병적환자160례,대소유환자진행채색초성심동도급관상동맥조영검사,장환자검사결과진행대비분석,병이관상동맥조영검사적진단결과작위평개표준,대채색초성심동도진단관심병적림상개치진행평개。결과160례초진관심병균채용채색초성심동도검사,결과현시153례유불동정도적관상동맥주간협착,재경관상동맥조영검사후,학진관심병적환자유131례。결론대소유환자채용채색초성심동도화관상동맥조영검사후,장량충검사방법적진단결과대비,충분증명채색초성심동도진단관심병구유십분만의적효과차림상개치교고,치득림상추엄급응용。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 160 patients who were initially diagnosed by our hospital as having CHD were included in the study. All patients underwent color Doppler echocardiography and coronarography. The examination results were subjected to comparative analysis, and the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of CHD was evaluated according to the diagnostic results of coronarography.Results The color Doppler echocardiography showed that 153 of the 160 patients had varying degrees of main coronary artery stenosis, and 131 of the 153 patients were confirmed as having coronary heart disease after coronarography.ConclusionAfter comparing the diagnostic results of the two examination tools in all patients, it is suggested that color Doppler echocardiography is effective in diagnosing CHD and has high clinical value, so color Doppler echocardiography holds promise for clinical application.
