目的：探讨老年人高血压临床治疗措施及其意义。方法选取我院2008年1月~2011年12月收治的高血压老年患者84例为观察研究对象，依据诊治措施的异同分为观察组（综合诊治干预组）和对照组（常规治疗组）各42例，观察两组的治疗效果，探讨老年人高血压的特点及诊治措施，总结经验，指导临床治疗实践。结果综合诊治干预的患者在临床症状改善、血压控制等方面好于对照组，两组比较有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论老年人高血压有着独特临床特点，根据疾病症状、特点进行综合诊治措施可以显著改善患者症状及预后，提高治疗效果，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토노년인고혈압림상치료조시급기의의。방법선취아원2008년1월~2011년12월수치적고혈압노년환자84례위관찰연구대상，의거진치조시적이동분위관찰조（종합진치간예조）화대조조（상규치료조）각42례，관찰량조적치료효과，탐토노년인고혈압적특점급진치조시，총결경험，지도림상치료실천。결과종합진치간예적환자재림상증상개선、혈압공제등방면호우대조조，량조비교유명현차이（P<0.05）。결론노년인고혈압유착독특림상특점，근거질병증상、특점진행종합진치조시가이현저개선환자증상급예후，제고치료효과，치득림상응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of elderly hypertension and its clinical significance.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were included in the study. These patients were divided into observation group (comprehensive treatment, n=42) and control group (conventional treatment, n=42). The treatment outcomes of the two groups were evaluated. The characteristics and treatment measures for elderly hypertension were investigated, and the experience was summarized to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Results The observation group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group in terms of improvement in clinical symptoms and blood pressure control (P<0.05).ConclusionElderly hypertension has unique clinical characteristics, and comprehensive treatment based on the symptoms and characteristics of the disease can significantly improve the symptoms and prognosis of patients, thus improving the treatment outcome. It holds promise for clinical application.
