对应变硬化水泥基材料(PVA-SHCC)试件进行拉伸试验,使试件达到预定的应力及应变后保持不变,静置一段时间后在持续拉伸应力环境下进行抗水渗透性试验和抗氯离子渗透性试验,以测定其在不同应力、应变水平下的抗水和抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明:试件中毛细吸水量、毛细吸水系数、氯离子含量,均随着应力和应变的提高而增大,当应变达到极限应变的2%时,试件的毛细吸水系数是试件未受荷时的5.5倍。

대응변경화수니기재료(PVA-SHCC)시건진행랍신시험,사시건체도예정적응력급응변후보지불변,정치일단시간후재지속랍신응력배경하진행항수삼투성시험화항록리자삼투성시험,이측정기재불동응력、응변수평하적항수화항록리자삼투성능。결과표명:시건중모세흡수량、모세흡수계수、록리자함량,균수착응력화응변적제고이증대,당응변체도겁한응변적2%시,시건적모세흡수계수시시건미수하시적5.5배。
The paper conducted tensile test to the PVA-SHCC specimens, all of which were put on standing after they had reached the predetermined stress and had held still for a certain amount of time . Under continuous extension stress,permeability tests for both water and chlorion were carried out ,with the purpose of examining the permeability for both fluids under different stress and strains .The results indicate that with the increase of the stress level and the strain level ,the capillary soakage,the capillary absorption coefficient and the chlorion content of all the specimens rose .As the strain level reached its 2%upper limit,the capillary absorption coefficient was 5.5 times to that of the unloaded specimens.
