采用阻燃剂FPK8001对涡流纺棉织物进行阻燃整理,讨论了阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度对阻燃效果的影响,分析了焙烘温度对织物白度的影响,研究了催化剂用量对织物强力的影响,得到了最佳的阻燃整理工艺:阻燃剂160 g/L,交联剂60 g/L,氯化镁5 g/L,100℃预烘3 min,170℃焙烘2 min。

Vortex spinning cotton fabrics were treated with flame retardant agent FPK8001 for flame retardant finishing. Influences of flame retardant agent dosage, crosslinking agent dosage, catalyst dosage, and baking temperature on the flame retardant effect were discussed. Effect of baking temperature on fabric whiteness was investigated, and influence of catalyst dosage on the fabric strength was reviewed. The optimized parameters were:160 g/L flame retardant agent, 60 g/L crosslinking agent, 5 g/L MgCl2, and the fabrics were preliminary dried at 100℃for 3 min and baked at 170℃for 2 min.
