采用封端法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(F6)等为主要原料制备封端型水性聚氨酯(WPU)。将合成的水性聚氨酯应用于织物的整理和涂料印花中,探讨了整理工艺参数对WPU整理后纯棉织物和涤棉织物抗皱和抗起毛起球效果的影响;以及涂料印花工艺参数对纯棉色织物干湿摩擦牢度的影响。
採用封耑法,以異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(F6)等為主要原料製備封耑型水性聚氨酯(WPU)。將閤成的水性聚氨酯應用于織物的整理和塗料印花中,探討瞭整理工藝參數對WPU整理後純棉織物和滌棉織物抗皺和抗起毛起毬效果的影響;以及塗料印花工藝參數對純棉色織物榦濕摩抆牢度的影響。

Water-borne polyurethane was synthesized through terminating method by taking IPDI and F6 as main materials, and it was applied in textile finishing and pigment printing. The influences of the finishing process parameter on the anti-wrinkle and anti-pilling properties of pure cotton fabric and polyester-cotton fabric finished by WPU were investigated, as well as the influences of pigment printing parameters on the fastness to dry and wet rubbing.
