分散染料上染涤纶的过程中,染料性质和纤维特性是很重要的因素。温度、染液中H+浓度、助剂都会影响到纤维的性质,从这3个方面研究了对分散染料上染涤纶的影响,并探讨了影响机理。结果表明,定型温度对分散染料上染涤纶有很大的影响,不均匀的热处理是造成涤纶色花的原因之一;适宜浓度的醋酸和匀染剂是涤纶取得良好染色性能的重要因素;分散染料染色涤纶织物不耐高温水洗,经过数次高温水洗,会有大部分染料逸出。

The properties of dye and fiber are very important factors in the process of dyeing polyester with disperse dye. Temperature, concentration of H+, and additives affects the dyeing quality of fiber, and influences of those three factors on polyester dyed with disperse dye were discussed, and the mechanism was investigated. The results show that setting temperature has great influence on polyester dyeing, and uneven heat treatment is one major reason for colored spot;appropriate concentration of acetic acid and levelling agent are important factors for satisfactory dyeing performance;the polyester dyed with disperse dyes performed poorly in tolerating high temperature washing, and most dye escaped from fiber after several high temperature washing.
